Will these prompts keep me Fair Housing compliant?
The prompts are written to avoid Fair Housing-risky language — they describe the property and lifestyle, never protected classes. That said, you are always responsible for the final published copy, so do a quick human review before posting.
How do I use a prompt?
Copy the prompt, replace the [BRACKETED] variables with your real details (address, price, features, etc.), paste it into your AI tool, then refine and fact-check the result.
Are these prompts only for ChatGPT?
